Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of uncapped.lol (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, asset pages, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, claiming an asset, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay to claim an asset.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

What the Service is

uncapped.lol is a paid public entertainment ranking. You may pay to claim an asset on the board and associate your X profile with it, according to the Rules. Listings are gamified, paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, financial advice, or independent rankings.

A payment buys a chance to appear on the board as the Claimant for an asset. It does not buy ownership of the underlying asset, traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a specific rank, search-engine ranking, or any particular result. The ranking on the board is fully randomized every 24 hours. Someone else can pay more and outrank you (take over your claim), unless your claim reaches the 30-day Eternal Lock period. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including takeovers, categories, and ranking formulas.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Payments and Platform Credit

Checkout and payments are processed via our payment providers. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Amounts are priced in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Claim amounts, minimums, increments (e.g., +$1 minimum increments for takeovers), and lock periods are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy a listing placement on those terms.

No cash refunds

All payments are final and not refundable as cash. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Being taken over (outbid) later, a drop in random rank, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a cash refund.

If your claim is taken over by another user outbidding you, your original claim amount is returned to you exclusively as platform credit. Platform credit can only be used within uncapped.lol to claim other assets. Platform credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.

Prohibited listings and use

You may not list or use the Service for:

• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or company, or claiming an asset maliciously to deceive.
• Interfering with the Service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating click counts, bypassing rate limits, automated rank claims without our written permission, or reverse engineering.

Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, delay, edit, hide, or permanently remove any listing, claim, or related page, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder complains; or where we think the listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing on uncapped.lol constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. Rankings are generated by a random shuffle algorithm and bear no relationship to an asset's real-world value, performance, or prospects. Claiming an asset gives you a listing association on this platform only. It does not grant you ownership, equity, tokens, shares, or any rights in the underlying asset.

Availability and changes

We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We may change rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns in the three months before the claim.
